Mr. Joel Selvin and Dr. Patrick O'Reilly will discuss the role of mental illness in the career and crime of Jim Gordon, the world famous rock drummer who murdered his mother in 1985, the subject of the latest book by Selvin.
Selvin served 36 years as the pop music critic for the San Francisco Chronicle and has written more than 20 books, including the No. 1 New York Times best-seller, Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock with Sammy Hagar.
