Meet and speak with author Kim Stanley Robinson about his California Book Awards winner in the Californiana category, The High Sierra: A Love Story. This book has been called "an intimate, panoramic journey through the Sierra Nevada, the best mountains on earth for hiking and camping." And anyone who has been to the well-known areas of the Sierra such as Yosemite or Lake Tahoe can attest to that. This book delves into many of the places that we aren't so familiar with and will make us want to visit the Sierra many times over.
