Actress Marilu Henner: Why She Remembers Everything

Marilu Henner is well known for her role as Elaine Nardo on the classic TV sitcom “Taxi,” as well as for appearing in the original production of the musical “Grease” in 1991, for her role in the CBS sitcom “Evening Shade” and for her recent stint on “Dancing with the Stars.” She has also written nine books on diet, health and memory, in which she explains the virtues of a nondairy diet in conjunction with food combining and exercise.

Beyond all of this, she is also one of 12 people in the world diagnosed with hyperthymesia, better known as highly superior autobiographical memory. She has the ability to recall every day in her life—what she wore, her conversations with folks, her rehearsals and performance work, even what she had for lunch.

Come for a fascinating conversation about Henner’s life and career that you also won’t forget.
