Our distinguished panel will discuss the state of the Arab Spring 2013. Is the troubled region mired in an Arab Winter, or is it struggling forward? Brinkley, noted journalist and academic, will present an overview. El Sissi, a businesswoman, will discuss her recent trip to Egypt, and a third panelist will bring expertise to bear on a discussion of developments in Tunisia.
