Much of the attention paid to health reform has focused on insurance coverage, but another important aspect of the new law will be to foster “accountable care organizations” that would take responsibility for improving outcomes and controlling costs.  Ham will discuss how the trusts work in England and the lessons that can be drawn for improving health care in the U.S.
