Orwell, Twain and Churchill on Tomorrow's Election
Michael Shelden, Author, Orwell and Mark Twain: Man in White
Monday Night Philosophy delves into political philosophy on the eve of the mid-term election. Shelden, the acclaimed biographer of both Orwell and Mark Twain, and who is currently working on a biography of Winston Churchill, will shed light on the current version of politics-as-usual using the insights of these three brilliant political analysts. Enjoy picking their brains by asking questions of an author who knows each of them very well, before the election results pour in the next day, bringing us all back to the reality of the 21st century's process of picking our leaders.
