Radio/TV Production Intern
The Production Intern assists the Production Manager and Director of Production with the A/V needs for live events at The Commonwealth Club of California.
This position works closely with the Production Manager to help run audio and video for events at The Club, as well as at off-site events in venues throughout the Bay Area.
Duties will include setup and teardown of A/V equipment, sound reinforcement, videography, audio recording, etc. Other duties may include editing audio, data entry, label making, research, etc. Hours will tend to be later afternoon to early evenings, depending on the timing of events.
Recent grads or current students at Expressions or similar audio/video trade schools are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of basic audio engineering principles is required. We will train the right candidate on specifics.
- Experience with Avid’s ProTools and Adobe CS apps is helpful.
- Experience in video camera operations, photography and video editing are a plus.
This is an unpaid internship with a $62 travel stipend per month.
