Gage leads us through a discussion and tasting of this most Mediterranean of fruits, showcasing four California olive oils with samples fresh from this year’s harvest. Learn the how-to’s of olive oil tasting, what defines “extra virgin,” the amazing differences between olive varieties and the range of certified California olive oil readily available. Gage will also share a few notes on cooking with olive oil.
