Dittrich will discuss LGBT issues around the world, including efforts to save lives of homosexual men in the Middle East; the anti-homosexuality bill in Uganda, which introduces the death penalty; the role of the United Nations in supporting, or hindering, LGBT rights; and emerging LGBT groups around the world.
