Challenges and Progress for the SF Public Utilities Commission and Bay Area Customers

After consultations in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Alameda counties, Harrington has brought in a new SFPUC era of Hetch Hetchy retrofit and rebuilding, water sales agreements, water conservation and reuse, climate change response, sewer master plan, GOSolarSF and a community choice aggregation program for power. He’ll discuss water, sewer and power issues and protection for rivers, waterways and watersheds.
