With the Environmental Protection Agency under attack on Capitol Hill and national climate legislation rotting in the compost pile, it is a challenging time for environmentalists. Some organizations have shifted their sights away from Washington, D.C., to states and cities, where they see better prospects, albeit on a smaller scale. We convene top leaders from three of the country’s largest advocacy groups to discuss their priorities for advancing clean energy, water and air.
