Wells continues to enjoy an amazing career in the culinary world. The renowned author of The Food Lover’s Guide to Paris and Patricia Wells at Home in Provence, among many others, she was honored with the Versailles World Cookbook Award in 1999 for the Best Promotion of French Cuisine. She was the first woman and only foreigner to have served as a restaurant critic for the French publication L’Express. She currently runs a popular cooking school in Paris and Provence.  Come hear the culinary queen herself reveal bold and delicious new recipes that focus on tender greens and the meats, veggies and grains that accompany them.
