The increasingly critical role of interpreters in health care and the skill required to interpret in such delicate and emotional situations have spurred the creation of a revolutionary service. This sophisticated and integrated technological system aims to break down the language barriers between service providers and patients with limited English proficiency. Language technology is rapidly becoming an integral part of health care. By using interpretation services, doctors and patients can overcome the language barriers to enable and enhance access to health care.
