- FREE TO MEMBERS: Events held on Mondays and Fridays at the San Francisco Commonwealth Club headquarters (595 Market Street).
- RESERVATIONS FOR FREE EVENTS: Space is limited and reservations are required for free events to ensure seating.
- DISCOUNTED TO MEMBERS: Event held at locations other than the San Francisco Club headquarters on Mondays and Fridays.
- NON-MEMBERS: All events, including those held on Mondays and Fridays, are full cost to non-members.
About Our Admission Pricing Policies
The Commonwealth Club establishes admission prices for each event based on event expenses. The price of admission covers everything from room rental, meals and audiovisual requirements to hotel labor costs. We strive to offer free programs and to make sure that our members can continue to enjoy world-class speakers at reasonable rates.
Membership Categories and Prices
All memberships listed below qualify a member for one member-priced ticket to an event, except the joint membership, which qualifies for two member-priced tickets. This applies to all Commonwealth Club events, including special programs such as our Inforum and Climate One programs.
Standard Individual Membership, for the curious at heart: one member priced ticket to events
• $110 for a year, starting today
Save: $200 (10 percent off) for a two-year membership, or $285 (15 percent off) for a three-year membership
Joint Membership, for two people living at one address: two member-priced tickets to events
• $155 for a year, starting today
Save even more: $280 (10 percent off) for a two-year membership, or $400 (15 percent) for a three-year membership
Senior Membership, for those over age 65: one member-priced ticket to events
• $90 for a year, starting today
Save even more: $165 (10 percent off) for a two-year membership, or $230 (15 percent) for a three-year membership
Inforum Membership, for those 35 and under: one member-priced ticket to Commonwealth Club events
• $75 for a year, starting today
