The Details Events held on Mondays and Fridays are free to members at the San Francisco Commonwealth Club headquarters (595 Market Street) only. Events held at other locations on Mondays and Fridays are not free, but members do receive the regular member discount. Non-members (including guests of members) must pay the regular price for all events, including events held on Mondays and Mondays. Space is limited and reservations are required for free events to ensure seating. About Our Admission Pricing Policies We are often asked why prices vary from event to event. The Commonwealth Club establishes admission prices for each event based on event expenses. The price of admission covers everything from room rental, meals and audiovisual requirements to hotel labor costs. Where we can, we're working even harder to offer our members the opportunity to enjoy our exciting quality programs free of charge. And when expenses prevent us from doing so, we'll continue to strive to make sure that our members can continue to enjoy world-class speakers at reasonable rates. |
