Opera Parallèle produces operas that explore emerging aesthetics in a context of contemporary social values, including the American premiere of Anya17, a new opera by British composer Adam Gorb and librettist Ben Kaye. Anya17 addresses human trafficking, creating a poignant example of how the arts can be used to advocate social change.
