Aging is inevitable. So we might ask ourselves, how will it be for us as we age or question why we should even look at it now? Perhaps there is an older loved one ready to make a decision about a lifestyle change. This program will provide a better understanding of the aging process, what changes one may face, and ways to prepare to enjoy life to the fullest.
