What's Next California? The Informed Voter's Path to Political Reform

What's Next, California? The Informed Voter's Path to Political Reform

James Fishkin, Director of the Center for Deliberative Democracy, Stanford; Author, When the People Speak

Did you read in the Chronicle about the experiment in deliberative polling being held here in California over the June 24-26 weekend? Those originally polled will be brought together for a weekend of discussion and information, and then repolled to assess the viability of various solutions to our enduring political problems. The results of this experiment will be officially announced, and explained, at this special event at the Club.
