They provide us all with inspiration and hope for the future," said MacArthur President Robert Gallucci. The celebrated MacArthur Fellows Program awards "Genius" grants to exceptional inventors, innovators and creative talents. The winners are offered $500,000 with no strings attached over the next five years to pursue work in their field of interest. Come out and meet the local Bay Area winners and learn about the projects that won them this esteemed award.
