The Art of Living Black: Artworks by Karin Turner and Ajuan Mance
This year, The Commonwealth Club celebrates Black History Month with an exhibition of paintings that address the issues of race and gender. Artist Turner and Ajuan Mance, artist, writer and professor, are both Bay Area women of African descent. Their exhibition is in conjunction with the annual “The Art of Living Black” celebration.
