Author of the highly acclaimed The Art of the Turnaround, Kaiser helped major arts organizations move from trauma to triumph. He will discuss with arts leader Mirikitani how organizations can grow and thrive, even in troubling times. As the current president of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., Kaiser has expanded programming and led a major capital renovation effort.
