A riveting inside account of the epic legal battle to overturn Proposition 8, this film follows the four plaintiffs and their legal team from San Francisco to the U.S. Supreme Court. Plaintiffs Kris Perry, Sandy Stier, Paul Katami, and Jeff Zarrillo as well as directors Ben Cotner and Ryan White will be in attendance.

The Case Against 8 is the Opening Night film for Frameline38: San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival, June 19–29.
